At the ripe old age of 35, I'm starting to have gum recession due to brushing too hard. My hygienist showed me this brushing technique and, although it takes more time to do, I feel better knowing that my teeth will fare better, longer. Being that I have dry mouth alot I am concerned because I don't want this to affect my rapport with my co workers family and friends. Is there something I can do daily to prevent this. I brush 2 to 3 times a day but still feel insecure. I am having a hard time with this.
