The only pain I had was my tongue has hurt alittle bit and I would advise anyone who wants whiter teeth to do it. It is well worth every penny. My teeth are 8 shades whiter and I can't believe it, but I have a great dentist do mine. It did not hurt any and I have heard all these horror stories, glad I had it done, will worth it. I did experience light pain in my front teeth randomly after the procedure, but only for about 6-8 hours. My denist went to great lenghts to explain all the pros and cons to me before hand and was by my side through the whole 90 min procedure. Just make sure your denist is well trained & experienced with Zoom and you should be fine. I just had Zoom done, for me the results were really good.
